You can order online via our website using safe and secure platforms. You will pay approximately a 50% deposit. You will receive an email confirming your order and an approximate delivery date. 2-3 days before delivery you will receive an invoice to pay the outstanding amount based on the kg's of meat in your meat box. If you have any queries, please contact us directly at info@saltwaterbeef.com.au.
Unfortunately we are not offering this service at the moment.
We provide the total cost of your order within 2–3 days prior to delivery.
Preferred payment is deposit via the website. An invoice will be emailed to you 2-3 days before delivery for the remainder of the payment. Should you not pay prior to the day of delivery, we will do our best to contact you and sort the issue out. If no payment is received before the day of delivery, you will forfeit your deposit and meat order. We do not want to do this, but the meat is precious, and we do not wish to waste anything.
Unfortunately, no. Our cattle are precious and once processed, the beef is perishable. Please ensure your order is final before booking. If you know that you are unable to finalise your order, please contact us directly as early as possible.
Orders are generally delivered within 3-4 weeks of booking.
On the day before or the day of delivery, you will receive an estimated time of delivery. The driver will update you on any changes to that. Once delivered you will receive photo confirmation that your package has been delivered should you not be there to receive your order.
Your meat will be delivered in a cardboard box which will contain a large ice pack. This cardboard box will be placed in an insulated bag for delivery. The idea of the insulated bags is that when you place your next order, you place the bag at the door for our delivery driver to put your meat box in. We are hoping that this will reduce the amount of waste created from our business.
