Saltwater Beef Yeppoon

We’re Scott and Amy, the family behind Saltwater Beef Yeppoon — proudly raising our two boys on the beautiful Capricorn Coast while living out our passion for farming
and quality local produce.

Our story began in the cooler climate of Victoria, where we originally farmed sheep and operated a successful self-replacing Merino program. Those years taught us the value of good land management, animal welfare, and the importance of producing food with integrity. As our family grew, so did our desire for a warmer,coastal lifestyle, and Yeppoon quickly captured our hearts. The move gave us the chance to combine our love for farming with a lifestyle that allowed our boys to grow up connected to the land and ocean.

Our approach to farming is simple:

Healthy land – healthy cattle – exceptional quality meat for our community.

Saltwater Beef Yeppoon was born from our commitment to continue providing our community with exceptional meat, raised with care and purpose. We believe that producing high-quality beef starts well before it reaches the plate — it begins with healthy soil, thriving grass, and livestock raised naturally and respectfully.


When the land is nurtured, everything else follows.While beef is the heart of what we do right now, we have exciting plans ahead.
We’re working toward expanding our offerings to include a wider range of meat options and new projects that reflect our passion for sustainable, local food.
